Ann Mckenzie Vestry Co-Warden

The last two years on Vestry have highlighted how I fit in the family at All Saints’. We bring different gifts and learn how to draw out surprising talents from others. I would like to dig deeper to see where our little church can help make a difference to our parishioners, our neighbors, and the world.

Like so many here, I stumbled into All Saints’ and found a home. When John (Wischnewsky) and I found the church, we had one child (Sam). The next (Ella) followed quickly. Polly swiftly pulled me in to teach in the Atrium from 2004 until about 2018. You will still see me subbing periodically. Some of you may know me from The 1883 Project—our last big capital campaign—or Open House Chicago when so many of you volunteer to show off our church. I love this place and am so blessed to have served on the Vestry.
