All Saints has been my home and my family since I was a young adult. I married Carmichael Washington here. My parents, Bill and Harlan are members, and all my nieces and nephews were baptized here. I am a cradle Episcopalian, and having church as an anchor has always been important to me. I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and clinical consultant in private practice, and I recently joined the faculty at the Institute for Clinical Social Work. During my many years at All Saints I have served this community in various ways. In earlier days I was on Vestry, chaired stewardship committees, worked on capital campaigns, wrote grants to get RCS started, was a confirmation mentor, taught Sunday School, etc. etc. etc. More recently I have helped out behind the scenes, baking communion bread, serving on the altar guild, occasionally hosting Sparkling Sunday, and participating on Worship Committee. Oh – and one final thing – I was the first leading role donkey in the Christmas pageant, and that blue dress Mary wears every year was once (a very long time ago) a staple in my wardrobe.
