My family and I, my husband Mark and our kids, Owen (age 10) & Claire (age 7), live in North Center. I’ve lived in Chicago my adult life, but I grew up in Milwaukee attending an Episcopal church there. I work for a custom software development company, but I feel as if my spare time is spent managing my kids (especially in this quarantine/remote learning life). Whenever possible, I love escaping to nature or reading a good book.
Since joining All Saints’, I’ve had the opportunity to participate in the Speak Up series, be an active participant in our children’s programming including as an Atrium teacher, and co-chair this year’s stewardship efforts. As I look forward, I see the opportunity for All Saints’ to welcome a new rector and to set a new path forward full of opportunities. I love being part of this place, and I want to be able to help us continue to nurture, build, and grow.
At All Saints’, I am fortunate to have found a community where I can learn, love, laugh and lead. I would be honored to be elected to the Vestry to help add my voice to the continued governance of this church.
