Matthew sees his role on Vestry as an opportunity to play a role to strengthen the community for years to come. He and his wife have been a part of the church community primarily as a childless couple, adults who are between age groups like children and youth, and on the other end, families with young children enmeshed in Atrium, childcare, and Sunday School. Being able to advocate and encourage formation and fellowship among young couples is an area of focus for him. Meanwhile my wife and I eagerly anticipate our first child in the new year which feels like the right time to evolve his connections within the church.
Matthew would like to leverage his professional experiences in constituent services and program management to help grow the All Saints congregation into a new era, one in which his own connection and investment here further supports the next generation of Christians in the neighborhood and city. Matthew looks forward to a deepening connection with their found faith family at All Saints, not just for the next three years, but with children into an exciting future.
